H. & Val J. Rothschild was founded in St. Paul in 1885 by brothers Henry and Valentine Rothschild — two entrepreneurs who believed in building something that would last. What began as a real estate firm grew over the following decades into one of the Twin Cities' most enduring family-owned property management companies, rooted in the same founding belief: that quality housing, managed with integrity, is worth getting right.
Today, August Rothchild Bruggeman leads the company his family built — bringing a fifth generation of family commitment to every property we manage.
